Helpful Flows Tips

Tip 1: Adding a step before a fallback or not handled intent allows you to understand what prompted the unknown message

Tip 2: If there’s no specific data in the selected date range, you won’t be able to select that data in your flow (Ex: intents that were only triggered in that timeline will show)

Tip 3: Add multiple selections to one filter rather than creating multiple filters by selecting from the dropdown “IN” rather than “=”
